The ability to change the angle of the tines for different tasks and types of soil. The tines are made of high-strength spring steel, ensuring a long service life.
The complete hydro-equipment of the tool allows for quick conversion of the harrow from the working to the transport position from the driver’s cabin (1 person).
Due to the complete hydrofication of the design, it takes up to 5 minutes to convert the harrow from transport to working position.
The components are manufactured and assembled at a Russian factory and are available for order.
The tooth-trailing harrow is a tool for pre-sowing soil preparation that combines loosening and leveling in one pass. Its design, which includes overlapping rhombic self-cleaning teeth, ensures complete loosening. The aggressiveness of the treatment can be adjusted by changing the angle of the teeth in two ranges, allowing the tool to be adapted to different conditions. The tooth, mounted on a hinged frame and having a rhombic cross-section, reduces the traction resistance of the harrow, which increases overall productivity, reducing fuel consumption and unit maintenance costs of the tractor.
The degree of exposure is adjusted by two positions of the tooth (active and passive modes) and changing its angle of inclination by 50 ° or 38° to control the aggressiveness of the treatment. The first and last rows of harrows were weighted by using structural round rollers (stable processing depth).
The truss-type frame design, as well as the variable cross-section of the wing, eliminates the need for braces and increases the frame’s resistance to tearing, ensuring structural integrity in harsh conditions. The hinged joint design prevents gusts and limits the angle of attack, preventing the links from bending or breaking*.
